It has been a long long time since I last blog about our training. Many things happen in the Athletics scene and seems that it's a mixture of good and bad news. 2 months ago I represented SAA, together with Miss Chan our National High Jump coach, took a bus trip up to KL Bukit Jalil Stadium to compete in the Malaysia Open. I went up by myself first just to attend the Team Manager meeting. Miss Chan and the team went up on the 2nd day and arrived in one of the hotel in town. However, due to lack of transportation, the team waited patiently for me.
It was my first visit to Bukit Jalil Stadium and it was fantastic. Most athletes from our south east asia region came and took part in the Open meet, countries like Korea and Taipei were there to join in the fun. That was the time where I witnessed Dipna broke the Junior and the Senior record for the 100m women hurdles on the same day. Pls enjoy the video!
