"Energy Therapy" is in trend now, as seen in the market. People wearing bands around their necks and wrists, sticking little pads on the shoulders, necks and legs to help ease pain as they believe strongly that these will help increase blood circulation. All these claims are true to a certain extent. In general, they do help in blood circulation and therefore increase the health benefits of the sedentary.
