Hurdles Training - Hakeem

It has been a long while since I last update the blog. Anyway, I've recently bought a video cam, its easier for me to post videos and pictures of our training. (excited!)
The following training videos you see are series of 100m hurdles runs done by Hakeem. It was meant to be an endurance training. However, I've incorporate hurdling exercises with endurance, by reducing the height and distance to 100mH marks and lowered the height to 0.990m as compared to the actual height and distance. This setting will reduce the intensity of the run and allow lower hurdles clearance. Recovery of each run is just walking back distance.
